Crofton resident, John Snyder, author of “The Golden Ring,” a book about the spirit of Christmas, was recently the keynote speaker at the Books-A-Million national sales conference at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Ala. Mr. Snyder, owner of The Snyder Group, Inc. – a public relations, advertising and sports marketing firm in Gambrills – was invited to the conference to discuss his book, which was released in local bookstores last year.
